Stage I

Biocompatible magnetic fluids were obtained by dispersion in water of magnetite nanoparticles, electrostatic and steric stabilized with a double layer of surfactants: LA+LA, MA+MA, OA+OA.

It was concluded that the synthesis procedures of core-shell nanostructures, based on magnetic nanoparticles and polymers or block copolymers, include the following reaction stages: (i) synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles by co precipitation reaction; (ii) nanoparticle surface enhancement by chemical absorption of some biofunctionalized compounds; (iii) attaching to the nanocomposites shell, a biocompatible monomer which later are polymerized by polymerization reaction with atomic transfer.

It was accomplished the synthesis of hydrogels based on polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, N – isopropylacrylamide with external stimulus response (pH, temperature, magnetic field), by using the method of polymerization without involving of free radicals and N type reticular agents, N – methylenebisacrylamide. The hydrogels with magnetic response will be prepared based on biocompatible ferrofluids.
